Nida Henderson is an experienced employment law attorney, representing employers across a variety of industries. Ms. Henderson litigates employment law cases of all types, including wage and hour matters, such as class actions and representative (PAGA) actions, as well as claims of wrongful termination, claims of discrimination and harassment under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and claims of retaliation. Ms. Henderson defends employers in complex trials and appeals.

Ms. Henderson provides training, guidance, and advice on all issues affecting employers, including workplace investigations, disability accommodations, and best practices to avoid wage and hour disputes. She also devises employment policies and procedures for employers. Ms. Henderson’s goal is to ensure that employers are in compliance with California’s complex labor and employment laws, while also meeting their business needs.

Ms. Henderson is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
