- Manages discovery and document production
- Prepares and files documents in state and federal courts
- Assists with trial preparation and attends trial
- Conducts research and prepares corporate and transactional documents for attorney review
Experience
Mary began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, working as a Legal Secretary at Parker & Crosland, LLP (1996–2002) and as Legal/Trademark Assistant at Lucasfilm Ltd. (2002–2011). She later worked as a Legal Assistant/Litigation at Slovak Baron Empey (2011–2017) and a Litigation Paralegal at Fromberg Edelstein & Fromberg (2017–2025) before joining Hackler Flynn & Associates in 2025.
Outside the Office
Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters.
