Faryar Sheikhpoor defends employers in complex workplace disputes and advises businesses on employment, business, and corporate matters from formation onward. At Hackler Flynn & Associates, she works with employers and business owners to reduce risk before disputes arise and to defend them when disputes do. She brings a background in high-stakes litigation, having defended public entities in high-exposure civil rights matters in state and federal courts, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch. Experience
Faryar was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2017. She began her career at Hurrell Cantrall LLP (2018–2023), where she rose from associate to partner while defending public entities in high-exposure civil rights litigation in state and federal courts. She then served as Of Counsel at Best Best & Krieger LLP (2023–2025) before joining Hackler Flynn & Associates in 2025.
Outside the Office
When she is not advising clients, Faryar enjoys cooking for and spending time with her family. She is also an avid NBA fan and enjoys rooting for her favorite team, the Dallas Mavericks.
