Prior to joining the firm, she practiced labor and employment law at Medina McKelvey LLP and national powerhouse Jackson Lewis. She began her legal career leading litigation on complex civil matters, including breach of contract and probate, at boutique firms. This breadth of litigation experience gave her the expertise to navigate the intricacies of the law, while her time as a registered lobbyist honed her skills in high-stakes advocacy.
A graduate of UC College of Law, San Francisco, Asha participated in the Legislative Law Clinic, where she assisted California State Assembly Judiciary Committee and Public Safety Committee with policy analyses.
Her commitment to excellence has been recognized throughout her career; she was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2024 – 2025 and received the National Bar Association’s “40 Under 40” award, honoring the nation's top lawyers who exemplify innovation, vision, and leadership.
